There are a few key points to considered, before I would make my decision.
It would depend on the context: Is she addressing me directly? Is she talking to me out anger? If she is, I would be offended and would take issue with that. I would need to ask more questions to get to the bottom of the problem.
For example do I feel emotionally neglected. If she spend a lot of time thinking about her ex-husband instead of focusing on our relationship I would definitely feel emotionally neglected. With emotional neglect present in a relationship, one would experience low self-esteem.

Intimacy Issues
Is there an issue with intimacy in our relationship? Does her feelings about her ex-husband have an impact on our time together, as husband and wife? If it does then that is a major problem, because lack of intimacy is an absolute killer in a relationship. The lack of intimacy does lead to trust issues in the relationship, and without trust we would be most likely header for a break-up.
What about the kids?
If you have any kids together, they will definitely be caught in the crossfire. Generally speaking kids of divorce have a hard time adjusting to the situation. They may experience sadness, anger, confusion, or guilt. They may come to believe that somehow they are responsible for the breakup.
But Is It Really Such A Big Deal?
But what happen if she’s only mentioning it once in a blue moon, while talking to a third party, should I take issue with that? I personally would not take issue with that. After all she would only be telling the truth. If her ex-husband had not been a drug addict, or an alcoholic, or had not cheated on her, or did not have any other vices one can think of, she would, of course, still be with him. What kind of woman would she be if she were to leave a perfectly good man for no reason whatsoever? Because if she can leave a good man on a whim, she will probably also leave you in the same manner.
So if her saying this about her ex-husband hurt your ego, then you just need to man up and be the bigger man. Because her saying that, in no way imply that in her eyes you are lesser than her ex-husband, or that you are the lesser choice.
